My order was prepaid, how will I get a refund?
If your order is prepaid, we will proceed with the refund within XX days and notify you. Your refund will be credited to your BA store credit. You can either use the store credit to make a new purchase or withdraw it into a bank account. However, if you have used a Sterling or Zenith Bank credit/debit card, your refund will be processed directly into your bank account after the refund has been processed by BA. It may take up to 3 – 7 business days for your bank to credit the refund amount to your account.
My order has been shipped but I still want to cancel it.
If your order has been shipped, not to worry, once you are contacted by our delivery agent, kindly reject the delivery of the shipped order.
What are the conditions for returning a product and what is the procedure?
Shopping on BA, you can be rest assured that you can return your product in most cases within 15 days in Nigeria and 15-21 days for international deliveries.
Note:
– When returning an item, ensure all seals, tags and accessories are left intact and the item is in its original packaging.Â
– In case of return for a change of mind reason, the item should be eligible for this reason and be sealed, unused and in its original brand packaging, otherwise, your return will be rejected.

Do I have to pay shipping costs to make a return?
There are no charges for shipping a product within Nigeria back to BA. However, if you are returning a product from abroad, as per our policy the shipping fees will not be refunded.
