Bonolo which means ‘soft’ in Swahili is designed for the little ones. It is a mild all natural body moisturizer made with raw unrefined Shea butter, organic sweet Almond oil, Calendula oil and Chamomile essential oil for soft and smooth skin. This whipped butter is lightweight and absorbs quickly into the skin without leaving it greasy.

Shipping Policy

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

If for any reason however, you are dissatisfied with your purchase due to unforeseen defects or damages in transit, kindly reach out to us immediately. We recommend that you inspect your order upon delivery and if a conclusion is reached to process a return/refund, kindly return within 2 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. We will happily exchange the item or refund you the purchase price - whichever you prefer.
The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 10 to 15 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 2 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.Â
