Refund Policy

Refund is allowed, but here are the terms and conditions associated to it.

To qualify for a REFUND:

There must have been a wrong order/item delivered and store is unable to meet the up with given stipulated time by the client.
Delivery fee is non-refundable.
Refund is made within 3 business days after 'condition' one stated above.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Return is allowed, but here are the terms and conditions associated to it.

To qualify for a RETURN:

For an item/ order to be accepted backup, it must be within 72hours of purchase for local and 5 business days for international clients.
Item must be in good condition as bought 100%
Item/order cannot be accepted based on client/customer's desire to just want to change item.
If the wrong item was delivered.
Delivery fee on return item is bore by the client.
